How It Works


Step One - Call us or E-mail us! The initial phone call or email is important because that is where we listen to you and get to know you. We want to know what kind of items you are interested in, what your purpose and budgets are, if you have any ideas for a logo, mascot etc. We will trade ideas and use this communication as our basis for art and product selection, keeping in mind who the end user will be and your budget.

Step Two - Pricing Quote Although there is pricing for many of our products online, we can confirm pricing considering art locations, number of colors, quantity, whether we can combine items to get better pricing for you. We work with you closely to stay within your budget by combining quantities for similar artwork on multiple items, using single colors or locations, etc. We use name brand items, Gildan, Anvil, Jerzees to name a few. Since we don't charge for art or set-up our customers are always pleased with our very competitive prices.

Step Three - Art Development This is our exceptional no charge service where we take the input you gave us and our expertise and develop a concept for you. We deliver this art online and not only is it free but it is very quick. We usually get back to you the next business day. Our full time artists have over 30 years experience for every type of venue.Our customers love this feature. We will only develop art for orders.(Although the art is free it is the property of The Spirit Zone until the product has been paid for, then the art is yours and may be used on any other items you choose from any supplier.) We will work with art until you are completely satisfied. Once we develop art to your satisfaction we expect an order will be placed or their will be a charge for time by our artists billed at $65.00/hr.

Step Four - Confirmation We will confirm your order by email so there are no surprises. This is important to review in case there are any final changes (without additional cost) to be made.

Step Five - Delivery We will ship 7-10 days from confirmation. We usually use Fed Ex ground. We have found this to be the most economical, but we will ship any method you would specify. Many times shipping is FREE!

Step Six - Payment School purchase orders allow 30 day invoicing. All other orders can be paid with MasterCard, Visa, American Express or through Paypal. EASY! Call for any other arrangements or special circumstances.

Reorders

Can be placed at the same price as the original order as long as it is 30 days from shipping the original order. Otherwise screen and set up charges will be added and there must be a minimum 24 items.
