Can you produce an order form for our sale?
Yes! We frequently produce a master order form for you filling in the information you need such as dates, check made out to, turn it in to etc. Our expertise in this area makes your job simpler.Can I get samples and an order form before I place my big order?
Yes! Many schools and clubs do this when they use senior shirts or class shirts as a fundraiser. In this case we would produce a sample set for you and produce an order form which you can then copy and hand out. You must place your order within 30 days of getting your samples and order forms. Your samples will be charged to you at the quantity price of your full order unless for some reason you do not place a full order and then they will be charged to you at full retail + screen costs. This is a great system. You don't take on any inventory costs and your customers like to see samples so you usually sell more than without samples. If you change the art from the samples there will be an additional charge for those screens.
Do you have any minimums?
Orders of 12-23 are accepted, but you can order less of a particular item if the art is the same as another. For example, say you want to order 24 t-shirts but you would also like to order 6 long sleeve t-shirts. Your combined quantity is 30. As long as the art is the same you don't have to meet the 12 minimum for a particular product.
We have our own art, can you use that?
Yes! If you have your own artwork either sent it to us or e-mail it to us. Sometimes schools have a contest using student art. We love to work on those orders.
When I order XXL and XXXL shirts is there an extra charge?
Yes, the charge is $2.00 for XXL and $3.00 for XXXL. These charges will be clearly marked on your Pricing Quotation. There are never any hidden charges.
What if I don't want everything I initially ordered?
If you order and then change your mind or your budget changes or you don't get approval, while the best thing to do would have been to not have ordered that item in the first place, as long as we have not printed on it we can return the stock with a 15% restocking fee plus freight. It is best to order only the items you know that you want for sure and then you will not run into this problem.
